Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This lovely four-bedroom apartment is located in a residential area, minutes away from Portobello Market and Westfield White City. It’s spread across 3 different floors and it also comes with gardens, both in the front and back of the property. The house has been recently refurbished in a modern style, featuring designer and modern furniture throughout. It also comes with large windows and wooden floors throughout the apartment giving ample natural light. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. The apartment is located on a residential street, only minutes away from Latimer Road and Ladbroke Road tube stations. The entrance is located on the ground floor where guests will find a spacious and bright living and dining area in an open plan space. The living space comes with modern and comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV, and a big dining table, ideal for gatherings with friends or family. The kitchen is located in a separate room and it comes fully equipped and ready to be used. It opens up directly to the rear garden, ideal to relax and enjoy meals during warmer weather days. On this floor guests will also find a toilet room for added convenience. The 4 bedrooms are located on the first and second floor and they feature 2 king size beds, one double bed, and 2 single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the first floor and one comes with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. On this floor guests will also find another bathroom with shower. On the second and last floor, guests will have the fourth bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. All the bathrooms are clean and neat. The house offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. It’s important to note this home is for sale. Because of this, there may be viewings during your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there is no more than one viewing per week, lasting around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The nightly rate of this home is discounted as a thanks for being accommodating. You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm. Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is a short bus ride away. With 2 different tube stations so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens. Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
