Inside, the home is light-filled and open, with a modern beach styling, including crisp white interiors, timber flooring and features open plan living, dining and kitchen areas perfect for entertaining.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combustion fireplace, an additional lounge room on the top floor together with and an outdoor deck, this property is perfect all year round. The backyard is enclosed and there is also a deck downstairs with a BBQ for those nights you choose to spend at home.

Burrill Lake is the ideal location for kids, the area is flat so it’s perfect for bike riding! The lake is usually calm too and great for kayaking, paddle-boarding and fishing with a fishing platform and boat ramp all within 100m.

For a morning coffee and freshly baked sourdough be sure to pop down to Lagom Bakery and meet the locals, you won’t be disappointed! There is also the local Fish & Chip Shop, Rosie Oats Cafe, Lakeside Café and an IGA for all of your essentials close by.
