It comes with modern furniture and appliances and it features one double bedroom and a separate study room. It also comes with a balcony. The apartment is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the apartment in perfect condition.
This lovely apartment has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The home is located on the first floor. It features a spacious and bright open space living area and kitchen, fully stocked and ready to be used. Guests will find a dining table, a sofa and armchairs. This area also opens up directly to the balcony. The bedroom is spacious and features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a second bathroom with a bathtub for added convenience. The apartment also has high-speed WiFi and a dedicated study room to work, should you need or want to get some work done. The study room also features a comfortable sofa bed sleeping one extra guest. The apartment has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the apartment must be prepared for viewings, so once a viewing is confirmed a cleaner will tidy the apartment free of charge at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We'll always let you know when a viewing is booked. Viewings typically last around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the apartment is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.
You'll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you'll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

The home itself is on a quiet road surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes.
London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a very pedestrian friendly area. It is well connected to public transport and main roads. The home sits closest to Hoxton and Haggerston stations and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach.
Please note the 10am tidy is an essential part of staying in this apartment. If you're looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, you will find this apartment and the tidy perfect for your stay. We'll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically viewings last around 10 minutes. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted.
