The spacious property consists of a Carriage house (sleeps 8) and an adjacent Cottage (sleeps 4) and will accommodate up to 12 people between the two dwellings. The two buildings can be rented separately or together.
The Carriage House has filtered water views from every room and a large patio with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs. Guests can also enjoy a full kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a three-season porch, a laundry room, and a loft that offers additional sleeping and TV space. The Cottage boasts a full waterfront view, a deck with a barbeque grill & Adirondack chairs, and includes a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, mini convection oven, and a two-burner hot plate. The Cottage is also equipped with central heating and cooling and features a dining room, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and a sunroom with a queen sofa bed.
Enjoy all the amenities this beautifully landscaped property has to offer, including a sandy perched beach in a protected cove with sandy and gently sloped water access, a private dock and raft, internet service, and a spacious yard with a fully furnished lakeside patio.
