Positive: The pool was a huge bonus for our kids. Home was clean. Pull out beds in living area were set up for us but were not very comfortable. Everything we need was in the home (except paper towel in the kitchen). Host had made us some local Cretan appetizers (delicious!) and a bottle of Raki. I had requested a couple extra towels as we opted to not have them come clean or change towels and sheets for our 3 day stay. Great location and a lovely restaurant literally across the street.
