3 Bedroom House in Aigio
This is my own home(now holiday home) designed by me in the late 80s whilst a student in NY. It provides an open plan kitchen dinning area with the lounge/living separated by the staircase at ground floor and 3 double bedrooms(1 master) at first floor with bathrooms at both levels which makes it ideal for families and up to 8 people.
The plot is approx. 500 sq.m. with mature lemon, orange, clementine, apple, pear and fig trees providing fruits all year around. The driveway is block-paved and leads to an outbuilding/garage, ideal to park your car as the entrance is gated.. The townhouse has arched openings, facing East and Southwest balconies at both levels with views to the city, and mountains.All openings are direct connected to the garden and encourage the occupants to use it and interact as part of their daily activities. The house is located at the hill of Kalithea with shops and see side at walking distance.
