★PARKING: Parking is allowed for ONE car. The area designed for parking is on the right of the driveway, front to the stairs. ★DISHES - Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. We will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay
★SMOKING & DRGS- Smoking, vaping, and drugs are not allowed indoors and outdoor. Fine for smoking, vaping, or drugs is $1000 or actual damages, whichever is higher.
★NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED - We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our basement apartament. If you break the rules, we reserve the right to penalize.
★EXTRA GUEST - We designed our apartament environment for 8 people and please be sure no extra guests in the house. Please inform us if you have visitors or any overnight friends, we will charge $30/person for extra overnight guests. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbors.
★NOISE OR DISTURBANCE - To ensure a pleasant and peaceful stay, we ask that you be respectful of neighbors and other Airbnb guests on the property, not causing disturbances, noise or disturbance.
