The villa is less than 400 meters away from the PiscinaRei beach;The beach can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, a path suitable for children.

The villa (100 m2) is located in a quiet and peaceful area suitable for relaxing holidays. It develops on one floor without internal and external stairs. The house has an outdoor patio in which there are a table, chairs and a sofa. The back of the house is furnished with a table, chairs and barbeque. The whole external area is surrounded by a garden with threes, plants and also an outdoor shower.
