Negative: Our stay was extremely disappointing. We visited the hotel during the off-season, but this does not justify the lack of basic conditions for a normal stay. There were no operating dining facilities in the area, and the hotel itself only offered breakfast, with no option for lunch or dinner. In reality, we were left without any proper food options unless we brought our own food or bought something from the only shop that was open. In addition, there was no hot water in the bathroom for about two days, despite us reporting the issue. This forced us to shower with cold water, which is unacceptable for a hotel. On top of that, there were also shortcomings in the cleaning – on one of the days, the towels were not changed and the trash was not taken out.
