Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Comfortable and clean, the furniture and devices are in good shape and well-maintained. Fully equipped apartment/kitchen with big fridge, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a great terrace. It could easily accommodate more people than a family of four. Reserved parking lot. Good location. It was pleasant to be inside even mid-day and without using air conditioning (not sure if there's one at all). The host is welcoming, nice, and easy to communicate with.

Negative: Not a big deal, but to mention a few things. Two bedrooms are in a basement, with small windows, thus a bit dark and hard to ventilate. Although, on the positive side, it was cozy to sleep and rest there during the hot part of the day, as those rooms were colder. Note that on the map, it looks like the apartment is close to the main road and the coast, like 20-30 meters, and that there's a road/pathway, but in fact, you need to go around (there's a shortcut if you use a rainwater channel which might be dirty).

Summary: We enjoyed staying there, great for families or bigger groups
