Summary: Check in process was ok, we paid extra for a rollaway bed and the bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t end up using it and had to sleep on the couch instead. You could feel the springs on their rollaway bed and no cushioning at all. On the first day, soap and shampoo in the room was not refilled after the previous guest and was empty so when we went down to reception to ask, the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge the issue, just handed over a few tiny soap bars and dismissed us by going back on his computer. He ignored me when I asked about the shampoo. On the last day our bathroom door got jammed and one of the guest was locked inside, we called reception, the line is always busy. So when we went down to tell them that someone is locked inside the bathroom (after 10mins) the reception person just gave us a coin and told us to try using it to open the door ourselves, as if it’s a common recurring issue that they already know about. No one offered to come and help and we just had to sort it out ourselves. Service was underwhelming and we paid extra for a rollaway bed that was so uncomfortable that it couldn’t be used.
