Summary: This unit needs a lot of love. The wallpaper is peeling, and there are significant mold stains on the bathroom ceiling. Overall, the unit just felt very dated and dingy. The window blinds did very little to block out the morning light, and this unit faces east, so it comes in strongly. The "bedroom", which is just a nook, not a separate room, does have blackout curtains, but the rest of the unit does not, and it is very open to the rest of the unit. Wifi "worked" but none of the streaming services worked on the TV, not even enough to log in myself. We were only there for 2 days and weren't there for TV so I didn't report it, but it would have been nice during downtime. Regular basic cable did come through. Communication was sent as PDFs with teeny-tiny font. When I texted the owners with a question, I did not receive any response. There is no on-site management, which was not clear from the posting. It did say there was no front desk, but it wasn't clear whether it was a standalone unit in an apartment building. I did not expect that when booking through Hotels.com. I thought we were getting a good value, but there are other options in the area, similarly priced, that appear to be better maintained.
