Summary: Amazing stay at a wonderful hotel. Warmly decorated, well-appointed with many thoughtful touches (complimentary mini bar snacks, Dyson hair dryer, multi port in wall sockets, excellent turn down service, water all the time, etc.). All staff members were very friendly and I found room service to be really really quick (and the food was great). Great location for tourists with many tube options and restaurants nearby.
