Sandy villa consists of 2 buildings. The big one measures 170 m2 with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living and dining room, kitchen and gym room. It can host up to 6 persons in its big bedrooms. Its balconies will guarantee to you some beautiful sunsets in the nature.
The second building of villa Sandy is a smaller building in order our villa can host bigger parties. However, it still has the luxury of the big building. It measures 55 m2, has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom and can host up to 4 persons.
On the ground floor of the big building of the villa, you will meet the big living room with two big sofas, fireplace, a big TV with satellite channels and acces to the terrace of the house. Next to the living room, there is also the dining room with a big modern table and 6 seats and a big kitchen which is fully-eqquiped. Nothing will be missing to create some special dishes during your stay. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower and a gym room for the athletic visitors.
On the first floor you will meet all the 3 bedrooms. All of them have a big double bed, a huge wardrobe, television and a dressing table. On this floor you will also find a huge bathroom with a big tub and all the luxury you will need. The balconies of the first floor will offer to you an amazing view to the nature nearby, the village and the sea, as you can see by yourself in the photos.
The small buiding of the villa measures 55 m2 with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and has access to the swimming pool. It can host up to 4 persons in its bedrooms.
On the ground floor of the house, you will meet the living room with the sofas, a big TV with satellite channels and acces to the terrace of the house. Next to the living room, there is also the dining room with a big modern table and 4 seats and a big kitchen which is fully-eqquiped. Nothing will be missing to create some special dishes during your stay. On the ground floor there is also the bathroom with shower and the one bedroom which consists of two single beds.
On the loft above the kitchen you will also meet a bedroom with a double bed. Both of the bedrooms have a wardrobe and a dressing table.
The visitors of the villa will have access to the big swimming pool and sunbeds, the barbeque facilities and the garden. All of the guests can have fresh vegetables from our gardens and use them to create their traditional salads.
The location of the villa in the center of village Asteri is ideal. Asteri is a peaceful village, ideal for relaxing holidays. Only a few metres from the villa you could find traditional restaurant and coffee shops, as well as a mini market for your first needs. Stavromenos village is also only 5 minutes drive and there you can find supermarkets, gas station, ATM and everything that you will need for your stay. Our villa has also easy access to the highway of Crete, so it has easy acces from the airports of Chania and Heraklion and can help you explore most parts of our island Crete.
