Light, festive, airy, and lovely! Private and entire apartment is on the 2nd floor of a walkup. There are many upgrades mixed with old world charm and contemporary features. A window air conditioner is installed in the kitchen. This is an urban NYC style apartment. The apartment is a cozy, clean, and a safe home away from home in mixed community. It is a fast commute to NYC in a vibrant neighborhood with terrific restaurants. During warm seasons, noise can be heard from successful restaurants on the block.
