Golf nearby, walk to Cabo Wabo or the Puerto Paraiso Mall. Beach comb every morning or go deep sea fishing from this wonderful location just one block off of Medano Beach. The 2 bedrooms (each with king beds) are separated by the living room/ kitchen area for maximum privacy if you are going with another couple. 2 bathrooms make this a very comfortable condo. The condo boasts a pool view in the only building with an elevator in the Marina Sol complex. Marina Sol has a fantastic heated pool, hot tub, a restaurant in the courtyard, a beauty salon (https://my.matterport.com/show/?m=my9N7nxstTJ), a massage therapist, a mini mart and someone to book your tours. Lots of great restaurants can be found just outside the courtyard too. There is a barbecue on a nice big deck that stretches the entire width of the condo. The kitchen has everything one could want for making scrumptious meals and if you don't feel like cooking there are many great restaurants close by. Comes with all linens, towels and beach towels. We have a property manager on site, so if you need anything, they are there to help.
