Located in the heart of Chianti just 3km from the center of Radda in Chianti 20 min from Siena and 45 Min fro Florence, this VERY LARGE AND LUXURIOUS UNITS WITH LARGE PATIO. Centrally located in this small romantic hamlet, surrounded by Vineyards. Built from traditional Tuscan stone, the property has been exceptionally well restored in ‘09, retaining many of its original features from the 1600’s. This is the perfect property for couples wanting a romantic holiday.
The property has handmade terracotta tiled flooring and traditional tiled and beamed high ceilings throughout. The furnishings have been carefully chosen to create a stylish modern interior.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with two leather sofas and chairs, and has a flat screen TV with DVD and video player at one end.
The dining area has double doors which lead out to a small private terrace which has a table with a stone bench seat and barbeque.
Down two steps to the left of the kitchen is a small corridor which leads to the bedroom. The two windows which look out to the front of the property let in plenty of light, making this a very bright airy room with a kingsize bed, writing desk and chair and exceptional bath.
