Drive thru tree covered lanes to a mixture of stylish older homes and new luxurious mini-mansions situated on acre/plus size lots. Downtown Denver is only 15 minutes away by car, or for easy access, catch the light rail at the nearby station. The interstate highway is just minutes away to get to all the great mountain fun things to do.
This is a ranch style home with a South West decor and Caribbean colors and with 4500 finished square feet. There is a large bright gourmet Kitchen which is fully equipped. Gas fireplaces in the master bedroom, and family/living rooms. Downstairs is a TV media room. Outside is a large heated Pool (open from May 1st to September 30th) with a Hot Tub (open year round) with a relaxing Gazebo you can sit in and listen to the birds. Beautiful lush and mature landscaping. The Pool and yard maintenance is provided. A 3 Car garage- plus large circular driveway (no on street parking allowed since narrow lanes)
