Ideal sun-oriented villa with private 8x4m pool and outdoor shower, modern Ibiza Style lounge. BBQ-Outdoor kitchen. Large terrace (completely private and without any glimpse of the others) with separate dining table / table with a beautiful view of the valley. The house and garden has a wall and is equipped with a modern alarm system. Covered parking guarantees that your car stays fresh. Full and well equipped open kitchen. The 3 bedrooms each have their own bathroom and toilet. They are also all equipped with a television with satellite reception (FTA channels or own card). The WIFI signal is quite strong in and around the house. For hot water supply, we use a solar water heater. In winter there is a boiler for central heating. In summer, the air conditioners will keep the rooms cool.
