The space
Our space is newly renovated and thoughtfully designed so you can feel home away from home.
The bedroom is a peaceful retreat with blackout curtains and a comfy queen size memory foam mattress for a restful night sleep. Large closet is stocked with everything you may need: hangers, humidifier, fan, heater, pool/hot tub towels, queen size plush air mattress with built-in pump to set up an additional guest in the living room.
Full kitchen is ready for you to cook a quick breakfast or a Thanksgiving dinner, and is stocked with all the essentials, including cooking oil, spices, condiments, tea and coffee bar.
Relax and watch a movie on Roku tv (Netflix is provided, other channels can be accessed through logging into your personal account), read a book, play a board game or put a puzzle together in the spacious cozy colorful living room. Bedroom has a dedicated office area with a desk and a steady fast internet for you to be able to work while you travel.
During warm months south-facing patio is a gardener’s retreat full of established perennial plants, with a dining area to enjoy food or a cup of tea.
Shared clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub, gym, ping pong and pool tables is open year-round and located just next to our building. Towels for the pool and hot tub are provided.
Our place is conveniently located 10-15 mins/7-8 miles away from downtown Boulder, 40-45 mins to downtown Denver and just about an hour to Rocky Mountain National Park.
Enjoy a walk around Twin Lakes or other multiple hiking and walking trails right outside our door. Grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, Avery and other breweries are just a 2 min drive or a short walk away.

Other things to note
Please be aware that even though our place has both central heating and A/C, the building’s access to either heat or A/C is switched on and off by the building maintenance depending on a season. A/C is on May-September, heating is on October-April. You have a thermostat to regulate individual temperature inside our condo.
During the months when A/C is off, if you sleep hot - light blankets are provided, or opening a window or putting a box fan in a window for just 30 mins cools down the bedroom instantly.
