Gorgeous single family home nestled .04 miles (easy walk) to Gooseberry Beach and .08 to downtown Newport shops, restaurants, bars and attractions. House is large, great for families or entertaining with 3 bedrooms upstairs, living room, dining room, sitting room and lower level suite/ kids playroom with a king bed and a set of twin bunk beds. House has an amazing heated outdoor pool, outdoor kitchen, huge deck and nice yard. Beach chairs, lawn games, outdoor shower, brand new 6 zone state of the art app (Control 4) controlled audio and video system connected to wifi plays music from the master to the pool. Great Outdoor TV on the Deck. Can't miss with this house. Great outdoor furniture and and truly one of a kind rental.
