Enter the cottage through the front door which opens into the warm and cosy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has a double-fronted wood burner, comfy sofa, a Smart TV and a vintage record player for whiling away an evening listening to some old school albums. There is a table suitable for four people to dine at and the kitchen area has all the equipment you would expect for whipping up delicious family meals. The master bedroom leads off from the lounge and has a double bed, Smart TV and has access to the wood burner. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a Smart TV, and the property is completed with a bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower, double basins and WC. The washing machine is located in the utility cupboard in the bathroom.
There is a fully enclosed south facing garden and patio area with a table and chairs, four sun loungers, and a charcoal BBQ. There is private parking for two cars and by arrangement, there is also access to the owner's gym
