Positive: 1. Location is perfect for those who enjoy remoteness. At the same time, a walking bridge across the river brings you to the town within minutes. 2. The area is well designed and cozy. 3. Timber is available for the BBQ and for the fireplace inside. 4. Table tennis in a good state on the territory. 5. Vintage furniture and agricultural items add charm to the place. 6. Beds are comfortable, bedding is clean. 7. Heating system is efficient. 8. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary for cooking. 9. Plenty of space for parking. 10. Friendly, supportive, open-minded host. Met us at midnight for check in with no problem, answered all questions, advised about local places of interest.

Negative: 1. Water pressure could have been better, although it wasn't too bad, just slight discomfort. Shower works satisfactory. 2. A couple of small ants were found daily in the double bed. Might be because of the early tourist season, hope they will be taken care of for the next visitors. 3. The fireplace was somewhat smokey. The valve in the chimney could be shut any moment by a wind gust causing smoke redirection inside the room. The valve may require maintenance and the chimney may need cleaning. However, likely the fireplace is irrelevant during summer season. 4. Internet connection was very weak and unstable, and totally absent during last 2 days of stay.

Summary: Overall, we enjoyed the stay, much more pluses than minuses. Likely to come back again in future!
