Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house on 5 wooded acres that is perfectly situated in Erie for unobstructed view of the SOLAR ECLIPSE on April 8, 2024 at 3:15 PM from the large front yard. The 1st floor has a full kitchen with plenty of seating around the large peninsula counter. The cozy living room offers a 65" flat screen TV mounted above a beautifully constructed electric fireplace. The large laundry room has a washer, dryer and laundry tub. A full bath is also located on the first floor. Three bedrooms upstairs offer a queen size bed in 2 of the rooms and a full bed in the third. A full bathroom is also on the second floor. If need be, a self inflated blow up mattress is available to be utilized in the living room if extra sleeping area is needed. This home is located 6 miles west of Presque Isle and 11 miles west of the city of Erie. Its 4 miles from Eie International Airport and 1 mile from Walnut Creek boat launch. Lots of stores and restaurants are within 5 minutes from this home. A fire ring is situated in the back yard with plenty of outdoor chairs available. This is a one time rental that is being offered for the SOLAR ECLIPSE event. Saturday and Sunday are mandatory stays. monday night is optional. Since the ECLIPSE will occur at 3:15 PM on monday, check out will be at 5 PM. If you chose to stay monday, check out will be at 11 am tuesday April 9.
