The 12 foot ceilings, re-finished original red pine floors, 2 original (decorative) fireplaces have a very warm and inviting feel from the moment you walk in. You will find the furnishings tasteful and so comfortable that you will be glad to return home after a busy day or late night. Living room has Harmon Kardon BT speaker, flat screen TV with cable and HBO. A small galley kitchen is stocked with anything you might need to cook a meal. There is a coffee bar is the dining room stocked with coffee or tea and a dining table that seats 6. Both bedrooms have an en suite, very comfortable mattresses with Egyptian cotton sheets. and a TV in both bedrooms. In the hallway is a workspace with a PC and printer. There is a small private courtyard in the back off the second bedroom thats great for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. Washer and dryer are off the courtyard. There are 3 security cameras outside. There is a parking lot at 2150 Decatur 2-3 blocks away. $25 fee for early check in late check out/luggage storage if available.
