Summary: We stayed here for 3 nights. The price we paid through Hotels.com was fair and it was easy to add an extra night when we decided to stay an extra day in the area. The room was an ok size, clean, very little storage space but a big comfortable bed and bath room with shower. The room was clean All the staff we met were polite and helpful. Things that could be improved… The rooms could do with a refresh. The bathroom did seem old and tired and the water pressure in the shower was not up to normal Swedish power. It would be great to have better cooling in the rooms as having the windows open was not a good idea. The buffet breakfast was well stocked. The quality of the bread and cold buffet were excellent. The hot food was ok, let down by hard fried eggs and ’scrambled eggs’ that like many hotels was watery. The major disappointment was the noise in the mornings. Our room was by the staff entrance. With having to have the windows open any coming, going or delivery meant some sort of noise. The collection of empty glass bottles early on Monday morning being a highlight. The hotel is great if you are a very early riser who doesn’t like eggs. Other than that it is a basic reasonably priced place to stay. Would we go back? Not sure about this one.
