Positive: We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were friendly and the beds were very comfortable. The free parking on site was very convenient and the location was good, whilst it was close to the town centre, I wouldn't want to walk up and down the hill to get there though so we are glad we had a car. The views are incredible though! Loved the selection of pools and my husband frequented the spa area often. The breakfast and food in general was delicious too!

Negative: We found the room to be incredibly hot in the afternoons and nights as the building faces West and there's no air conditioning or fans to turn on. We tried to keep the door open whilst the shutters were closed overnight but there was no breeze at all to cool the room down so we had trouble sleeping. Another thing I noticed which is probably a personal preference was that some guests went into the freshwater spring pool (located about 20 metres away from the infinity pool) naked. I understand that it's a European thing to swim naked but I didn't really want my two daughters seeing this from a family friendly pool. The spa area was off limits to kids which is where the nakedness should be saved for.

Summary: Wonderful place, views were fantastic and food was delicious!
