Casa di Famiglia is located in a key point of the island, ideal to explore Rhodes and relax in one of the most vivid villages of Koskinou. The village is located on the east coast about 7 km from the city center.
The villa is suitable for 6 people, ideal for families. There are three spacious bedrooms in a villa with a total area of 170 square meters. We as hosts have done our best to make you enjoy your vacation elegantly and at the same time feel like at home.
On the first floor, guests will find a spacious living room with a 43'' TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. Up the stairs from the kitchen, guests will enter the master bedroom, which features a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a lovely balcony.
From the stairs of the living room you will reach the upper floor, where you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds, and a spacious, fully equipped bathroom. In all our rooms there is an extra space to add cribs.Each room is designed to be comfortable, with quality beds and all necessary furniture, including air conditioning.
Outside there is a 70 square meter courtyard, fully equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing during our beautiful summer nights.
There are also barbecue facilities. This house offers you the opportunity to experience both sides of this enchanting island.
On the one hand, you can relax on the many nearby beaches and dine in the traditional cafes and tavernas, while Rhodes town hosts several bars and clubs along the seafront if you want a more lively experience.
The house is located 14 km from Diagoras Airport and 7 km from Rhodes Town. At a distance of 200-300 meters you will find a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and also a couple of traditional taverns.
The beaches and bays of Faliraki with all the water sports, boat trips and its soft sandy beaches and quiet coves with an abundance of excellent tavernas right by the sea are only 6 km away, about 5 minutes by car you will find the Kallithea springs, a very popular tourist destination.
