Old farmhouse completely renovated, with very thick walls that insulate perfectly from cold and heat. Air conditioning is not necessary due to the construction. It is very close to the city of Valencia. By car it is 15 minutes, by bike by the direct lane 25 minutes. Or you can go to the train station by bike (3 min) and take the bike on the train and in 9 min you reach the centre (town hall square by bike).
