Country House with view to the gulf of Tyros. 140sqm, 2 floors. It is built in a traditional village. Eight to ten minutes to the beach by car. Peaceful, quite and calm.
The house is ideally located on a hill of mount Parnon, overlooking the sea, surrounded by olive trees and flowers, offers privacy indoors (4 bedrooms with door & one attic one) & outdoors.
Ideal for friends & family gatherings.
The space
The house is built on two levels. On the first level there are four bedrooms (3 with double beds & 1 with single bed, all offer a door privacy) two bathrooms (the one inside master bedroom) and there is an exit to the backyard.
There is the Barbecue area and the outdoor kitchen & an outdoor shower.
On the second floor there is a large open kitchen fully equipped, a dining room and the sitting room with fireplace that overlooks the sea, a large veranda where one can sit, sunbathe, relax, enjoy the breathtaking view of the Aegean sea.
On this floor is the fifth bedroom, the attic one, with a stunning view of the mountain ridge.
There is air conditioning in all the double bedrooms & one in the living room on the first floor. In the master bedroom there is also a fireplace. In the single bedroom there is an electric air fan.
For winter, there is no central heating but there are 2 fireplaces and also air conditioning (in every double bedroom except the single one) & one in the living room.
Also there are bed electric blankets.

Neighborhood houses up to 10-50 meters away! You can have your privacy & social distancing.
Tyros area has become one of the most popular destinations of southern Arcadia, because it combines a beautiful coast line with a large choice of individual beaches and the green hills of mount Parnon, where one can enjoy mount and rock climbing (there is a climb festival during November at Leonidio 20 min away from home), wildlife and agro tourism. It is an hour drive from Nafplio and Mycenae, 20 km away from the picturesque town of Leonidio and 1hr and 1/2 drive from Mystras and Monemvasia.
During the summer season, once a week, there is a day cruise from Tyros to Spetses & Hydra island. Also you have the opportunity to rent a sailing boat.
Choose not to rent a very big car because of the narrow roads through the village.
Enjoy big walks in the mountain paths & along the beach all the way to the wind mills.
The cleaning is free once a week (includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, new sheets and towels. Dish washing is NOT INCLUDED). You can ask for extra cleaning with extra charge.
