Entire Main House, Entire Secondary House
Nestled in a small town, overlooking a breathtaking peach farm.
This property consists of two homes. The large manor home and a secondary home.
- The main house consists of 4 bedrooms upstairs. Two bedrooms upstairs share one jack-and-jill bath with a toilet, sink, and tub/shower. The other two bedrooms upstairs share a jack-and-jill bath with a toilet, sink, and clawfoot tub (no shower).
A living space upstairs has a Keurig and a mini fridge. One of the bedrooms also includes a mini fridge and coffee station. Upon request, one bedroom can be set as either a "glam room" or a queen bedroom.
A full bath is downstairs with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Downstairs includes a large foyer, commercial kitchen, a large dining room fit for events, a secondary room that can be styled for a breakfast room, or additional living space upon request.
- The secondary house consists of a pool table/bar room, kitchen, living room, and three queen bedrooms, with one having a spacious en-suite bath, including double sinks, soaker tub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
The two additional queen bedrooms share the spacious hallway bath with a sink, toilet, and tub/shower combo.
- Picture ID may be required prior to check-in.
- Loud music and community disturbance after 10:00 PM will result in a fee of $500 or more. Many of your neighbors are also our guests, and our properties are not designed for potentially disruptive noise.
- The maximum number of guests allowed shall not exceed the amount in the listing. Please request the host’s approval and note there will be an additional charge of $125.00 per guest per night. Over-occupancy will not be tolerated and may result in immediate forfeiture of your booking without a refund.
- Your host has prepared all appliances and amenities for your responsible use. In the rare event that an appliance malfunctions, please report it to your Host and the situation will be rectified as soon as possible.
- Please report any damage incurred during your stay to items such as linens, towels, furniture, etc. Should items be found damaged upon your departure, you will be responsible for the replacement or repair of those items.
- Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 9:00 am. Should you check-out after 9:00 am without the approval of the host, you may be charged for each hour you remain on the property after the check-out time (calculated in half-hour increments).
- Guest(s) shall peaceably return the Premises to Host in the same condition it was received in at the beginning of the Term. You are not expected to launder towels and linens.
