Summary: Pretty location and hotel with good facilities (pool and spa are good). Most disappointing is the inconsistency of the hotel staff/service. Woman in charge of breakfast is brilliant (and breakfast is very good). Just wish all staff followed her and Ahmed's examples as other staff were rude (wife was accused of losing hotel season ski pass and comic incident where she was told "bye" multiple times when asking for milk for kids outside restaurant hours etc.). As my Zurich friends tell me, it's part knock-on effect of local staffing issues due to Corona, part language barrier with some staff, and just part lack of customer service culture (was told to go to Austria if I want decent service). Overall experience was enough not to return unfortunately...
