Several tables and areas for dining, game playing or kids crafts and activities. Separate dining area sits 8, breakfast area off kitchen with a table for four. Four bar height stools. Ocean views from second, third, and rooftop balconies. Private fenced back yard with professionally designed renaissance-style garden with small euro garden features.
