Warmly converted horsebarn (hence HB) into a duplex of two one bedroom units. Surrounded by a quiet working farm including goats, pigs and alpacas, ducks, chicken and you will always hear wildlife at night; some of it from the 3 acre pond that is your backyard.

If you want to get closer to the ground, take a self guided walking “scavenger hunt” around the property and learn about the animals, fish, pond and trees. Very informative and thought provoking. Looking for relaxation, make a picnic at the spool tables near the pasture and watch the alpacas, goats and pigs eat and play. Some of them will come right up to the fence and watch you too.
