Located within a few blocks of the eclectic downtown neighborhood of Boulder, this modern, fully furnished and newly renovated (2023) condo provides a tranquil escape, while keeping you within walking distance to excellent restaurants and nightlife for which Boulder is famous. This high end property includes a private balcony overlooking a babbling brook in the summer, wood burning fireplace, two cable TVs, new washer/dryer, hair dryer, toiletries, queen bed, and luxury pull-out foam queen sleeper made by the company, American Leather. The condo is on the 2nd floor with elevator access and a private parking space. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that check-in is at 4:00 pm. and check-out is at noon. There is no landline in the condo.
