FROM THERE GUESTS NEED TO WALK AROUND 30-35 MINUTES. YOU CAN ALSO REACH BALOS BY BOAT FROM KASTELI'S PORT (20 MINUTES DRIVE). OVERWHELMING ELAFONISSI IS 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES DRIVE AND THE SAME DRIVING TIME APPLIES FOR LIVELY PALEOCHORA WITH ITS MANY BEAUTIFUL BEACHES ("GYALISKARI" AND "VOLAKAS" ARE MY FAVOURITES). THE MAIN AREA OF KOLYMVARI IS ONLY 6-7 MINUTES DRIVE. AT KOLYMVARI YOU WILL FIND SUPER MARKETS, SHOPS, CAFE, RESTAURANTS/TAVERNS, GROCERIES AND A PEACEFUL BEACH FOR SWIMMING. THE CITY OF CHANIA WITH ITS PICTURESQUE OLD CITY AND HARBOUR IS 30-35 MINUTES DRIVE. WATER SLIDES "SELINI AQUA SPLASH" ARE 10 MINUTES DRIVE FROM OUR PROPERTY. A FEW WINERIES AND LOCAL BREWERY "HARMA" ARE CLOSE TOO. AS I MENTIONED EARLIER, EVERYTHING YOU WOULD LIKE TO VISIT OR ENJOY IS REALLY CLOSE FROM OUR STUDIO. A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY!
