2 Bedroom House in Glenwood Hills, Albuquerque
NO CLEANING FEES.
We lived in this house for over 20 years. This is not "just a rental", it is our home, and we maintain it and manage it ourselves from cleaning to taking care of the yard and pool is all done by ourselves the owners.
Our home is at the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. It is located about a five minute drive to the Tramway (cable-car), and walking distance to hiking trails and walking/biking paths that go for miles.
If you are not the "outdoorsy" type, our home has anything you need to relax and still enjoy. From Patio with a Kamado Joe grill (Green Egg?), a brand new backyard, Pool and beach chairs for the summer, a nice deck with a swing chair for the summer to avoid the sun, and fire pit and heaters to enjoy during winter. Coffee and Wine allowed all year round in this area...!
Want to or need to work remote? Not one but two office spaces. One with printer, two monitors and anything you need to be productive while on "vaca/staca/tion". You even have an under desk eliptical to move your legs while you work. I wouldn't call it excersise but....
Wake up to the sound of birds, relax by the pool, enjoy the "Sandia" (Watermelon) colour of the mountains by sunset and experience the best Albuquerque has to offer!
Plus, as extremely great hosts we are, we are available all the time and less than 10 minutes away if you need us!
