Far enough for privacy and also close enough to prevent isolation feelings. It is a luxurious property close to all the local amenities.

This recently renovated villa is just a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, well maintained and well organized beach called Boufos.

Entering on the ground floor you will come to a spacious, open-plan dining and living area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
On the same level there are 2 stylish bedrooms. A double and a single one.
There is also a brand new elegant bathroom with walk-in shower.
The bedrooms have full access to the terrace. From the living room guests can also have directly access to the barbeque facilities and the outdoor dining area.
On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms .
A double one that has a marvelous mountain view and small veranda and another bedroom with a bunk bed, lovely decorated , with the most amazing sea view in the world.
Also there are 2 more bedrooms a double one and a single one with a brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower next to them.
The spacious outside area offers a wide sun terrace with comfortable couches and armchairs both at the front and the back yard of the house.
A complete stone build BBQ area is placed at the back yard with an also stone build dining table and couch. Right next to the BBQ area there are two showers.
This is a place where guests can enjoy peace and quiet surrounded with the most amazing breathtaking view.
