The main house second floor offers five bedrooms, including a king MBR and bath; two single rooms, and two doubles (that can be combined), sharing a full bath with shower and antique clawfoot tub. There is also a half-bath on the main floor. The "Boys' House" includes a queen bedroom and a bunk room, connected by a full "jack and jill" bathroom. NOT listed in the bedrooms is the cozy romantic “Beach House”, available only seasonally, which is a full queen bed with small but very functional full BA overlooking the beach and separate from the Main House and Boys House. The Main House stays cozy with a kitchen wood stove, living room stone fireplace, and electric heating, which supplies the Boys House; no heating on the Beach House. Large airy kitchen with prep island and breakfast table complement open dining and living areas in the Main House, all with expansive window lines to the outside; full laundry facilities are on the second floor where the bedrooms are located.
