Villa Spedaluzzo is a Renaissance residence just 2.5 km from the historic center of Florence, with a large private park with panoramic views of Florence and Fiesole. In the fourteenth century it was a hospital for the use of pilgrims on their way to Florence. From 1434 onwards until 1737, under the rule of the Medici family, various heirs of noble Florentine families lived in the Villa. Then, it was owned by English and French nobles until 1969.

The "Dante's Paradise" is a prestigious apartment of 165 square meters obtained from the old Chapel with sacristy inside the Villa, on the ground floor, with three independent main entrances and a service entrance in the kitchen, with a private courtyard of 900 square meters and use of the condominium Renaissance Court and its Italian garden.

The apartment consists of a large entrance-living room with wardrobe; mezzanine-reading room; lounge-dining room and kitchen with panoramic views of the Park; a guest bathroom with shower; a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed used as a sofa, an en suite bathroom with a shower and a further room with an en suite bathroom and shower, with independent external access, which can be used as a second bedroom with a double sofa bed and/or as a TV room with a 60" screen and a Home Theatre; for a total of up to 5 beds.

From the entrance it is possible to access the basement where guests will be able to enter from 16.30 to 20.00 every day, upon prior request, to the sauna, gym and relaxation area which are located in the adjacent rooms of MDT Cardio snc, used for the provision of cardiological diagnostic and cardioprotection services for external customers, with the aim of re-proposing in a modern way what was originally Villa Spedaluzzo.

Guests can access the apartment from two different entrances:
- an entrance (with stairs) from the main internal avenue of the Villa on Via Bolognese.
- an entrance from the Gate of the private Courtyard that overlooks the Park with access from the Gate on Vicolo San Marco Vecchio and then allows you to enter from the Chapel or from the Renaissance Court; This entrance allows you to temporarily park your car to unload bulky luggage and allow access to any wheelchair users.

All areas of the apartment are accessible to guests, including the fully equipped and stocked kitchen, which will be managed by the service staff who you can contact for all your needs.

- RootiRX Recorders for ECG Monitoring, BP, Sleep Analysis and Sleep Apnea, from 1 to 4 days. It will be possible to book this exam during your stay with us, the device must be removed at least two days before departure in order to allow you to analyze the recording and deliver the report in pdf. With this monitoring it will also be possible to automatically send your ECG every hour to the MDT Cardio listening center for constant cardiological control while you are quietly visiting Florence or its surroundings.
