Summary: Our experience was not the best. We didn’t receive the check in email before arriving. We had to call the property to get the email with check in code and room number. Waited outside the property with all our luggage for at least 40 min: No linens were available for the hide a bed. We asked for linens and were told we had to wait until the next day. We never received them. Stayed there for 5 nights. Never received the Wi-Fi password and TV would not connect. Asked for a later check out due to our late flight but were told they could not offer that. Room was clean at least. Property was safe and in a nice area near restaurants and coffee shops. Very close to the subway. Not terrible but not accommodating either.
