This 1960 Ranch Style home is perfectly located in historic downtown Lodi. It’s just minutes of walking or bike riding distance to coffee/tea houses, wine tasting, microbreweries, restaurants, ice cream and shopping. The Movie Theater, Hutchins Street Square, Library and grocery stores are all in the neighborhood too. We have a newly remodeled, farm style, fully equipped, kitchen featuring a Viking-6 burner gas/oven to satisfy the gourmet chef. It is clean with a comfortable, calming ambiance that has an eclectic style of decorating. The private bedroom is spacious and very comfortable with a fully stocked bathroom, tub/shower next to the bedroom. Locks are on bedroom/bathroom doors to ensure privacy. There is cable TV and closets have built in storage with a working desk. There is dimmable lighting to set the mood throughout the home and string outdoor lighting in our quiet, intimate backyard. There is a soothing water fountain with seating at either end of the backyard. The warm summer evenings invite you to relax with a glass of Lodi’s best wines and cheeses (Cheese Central) it has to offer. There is also a BBQ available. You may park on the street in front or on the west side of the home. My home is your away from home
