Positive: The studio itself is quite nice—cozy, fairly clean, and well located with good public transport connections. It’s a comfortable space overall. However, getting there was a bit of a hassle. Instead of going directly to the studio, we had to first visit a separate office to complete the check-in process and collect the keys, which was inconvenient and time-consuming.

Negative: Unfortunately, there were also some major issues with the amenities. Both the air conditioner and elevator were not working during our stay, despite being listed as available on the Booking site. These were important features for us, especially in hot weather and with luggage. We tried multiple times to communicate these issues to the property management, but our messages were ignored and no effort was made to address or resolve the problems. While the studio has potential, the misleading information and lack of responsiveness really impacted our overall experience.

Summary: Nice Studio, but Poor Management and Misleading Amenities
