The studio is located in the basement level of our townhome and is accessed by one flight of stairs. The stairwell is a shared entryway, but your space is completely private and separate.

The living space offers a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a spacious full bathroom. The temperature is centrally controlled and kept at a comfortable level, and we provide a fan and space heater so you can adjust things to your preference.
Pets are welcome! There’s a $100 non-refundable fee per month, and we allow one pet (weight limits may apply). Since there isn’t private outdoor space, you’ll need to walk your dog. If you’re planning a longer stay, traveling with more than one pet, please contact us.
