There are many local streams, lakes, and ponds for excellent fishing. Newbury Town Park is within minutes and has a terrific playground with public tennis and basketball. The property is also close to Colby Sawyer College, Proctor Academy and several excellent golf courses. It is just minutes from Baker Hill Golf course.
