The main floor of this home encompasses a sitting space with 65'' TV, a dining table with 8 chairs, a spacious kitchen with island seating, and a half bathroom with direct access to the private enclosed outdoor shower. On the second floor you will find the laundry room and the primary bedroom with a king bed. Just outside the primary bedroom find a room with two sets of bunk beds (4 twin mattresses) and another bedroom with a queen. The second floor is rounded out by the cavernous bathroom complete with a clawfoot tub and a walk-in shower. There is driveway parking for 4 cars. Need a little additional space? Consider the adjoining rentals adding 3-4 more bedrooms and 2 additional kitchens! Home available for 3 night minimums with an added cleaning fee. Additional $250 per dog per week fee applies (not permitted in pool area) Please note: pool use is seasonal, not guaranteed outside peak summer months, and subject to routine testing and maintenance; spa availability, where offered, follows the same policy.
