As already explained, these are 4 apartments all on the same floor and each apartment can accommodate up to 4 people.
I set the prices in such a way that the apartments are filled little at a time. If I receive a request from a group of 8 people, it is not automatic that people will occupy all 4 apartments, but they are assumed to occupy 2 of them. As 12 will occupy 3 and 16 will occupy 4.
If guests are in 8 and want all 4 apartments to stay more comfortable and wide then an extra charge will apply. The same applies if they are 4 or 12 and ask for all 4 apartments. The surcharge will be calculated from time to time depending on the particular needs of the groups.
