The lower level includes a spacious bedroom, a kitchen sitting room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom features one double bed and two single beds that form a comfortable corner sofa when not used. Having a foldable couch and a large built-in wardrobe the kitchen-sitting room can also be used as an extra double bedroom. Glass double doors, from both rooms, lead to the spacious frontyard and the patio that also enjoys magnificent views of the bay and is equipped with a dining table, chairs, sunbeds and a large umbrella. The lower level is separated from the upper level with two doors at the indoors stairs and thus, it can serve as an independent apartment. It has its own entrance and can also be accessed through external stairs.
