Set at the foothills of the Montgo National Park, this large, tranquil and comfortable villa has fantastic views of both the Montgo itself and the valley.
An ideal location with 4 Restaurants within a 15 minute walk, a 10 minute walk to the local Supermarket, less than 4 minutes drive to Javea Old Town, and an 8 minute drive to the nearest sandy beach.
This Villa is purposely designed and laid out for large family holidays - with enough space for a big family get together all under one roof - or for several different familes to have a shared holiday.
The outside kitchen is huge, and is fully equipped to cater for 16 guests to eat in shaded comfort. It includes a dishwasher, fridges, and two giant BBQ fire pits
There is shaded seating next the pool under a giant pergola measuring 10m x 5m allowing all guests to sit in the shade if they wish. In addition, there is a large comfortable lounge downstairs with plenty of seating that is right next to the pool patio if some guests wish to be out of the sun for a while.
The large garden has many fruit trees, shrubs amd flowers and provides shaded seating at three differenet locations either under pergolas or large sun shades. There is a large sandy games area which is roughly 12m x 8m which can be used for racquet games or for games of petanque
