Summary: The hotel is located very close to the Hauptbahnhof which is very convenient but the area is also quite noisy starting especially early in the morning (6.00 AM) when the streetcars start. We were on the fifth floor. The room was large. The small kitchenette was a nice to have, even thought we didn't use it. Room was clean, and the pull-out bed (we were three) was very comfortable. The downside is there is no formal reception area. Entry is managed with key codes for the building and the room. We would have liked to hear their local dining recommendations. We also wanted to check in an hour early, but did not receive a response to our email prior and did not locate a reception desk. The signage for the reception desk is on the first floor on the stairs. One won't see it unless one takes the stairs; but the entry from the street on the ground floor is a narrow hallway with a rear door leading to the elevator.
